Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of a health-promotion model based on internal perception management on the prognosis of chronic heart failure patients. Methods From December 2022 to December 2023,two hundred and four patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Pinghe County Hospital of Zhangzhou were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with one hundred and two patients in each group.Four patients in the control group were lost to follow-up,and three patients in the study group were lost to follow-up,so there were ninety-eight patients in the control group and ninety-nine patients in the study group. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the study group received a health promotion model based on internal perception ability management. The health promotion behaviors,self-care ability, health literacy, cardiopulmonary function, and cardiac function classification of the two groups of patients were compared. Results At discharge and twelve months after discharge, the scores of health-promoting behaviors,self-care ability, and health literacy in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Twelve months after discharge, the study group had significantly higher values in metabolic equivalents, peak oxygen uptake and equivalent for carbon dioxide slope, and lower cardiac function classification compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health promotion model based on intrinsic perception ability management has a certain improvement effect on the health-promoting behaviors,self-care ability, and health literacy of patients with chronic heart failure, and can also promote the recovery of cardiopulmonary function.
