Application Value of Coronary CTA in Clinical Diagnosis of Coronary Artery Disease in Patients with CHD

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application value of coronary computed tomography angiography(CTA)in the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD)and coronary artery disease with coronary angiography as the gold standard.Methods In this study,121 suspected CHD patients admitted to Tianjin Hongqiao Hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected as research objects.All suspected cases received coronary CTA and coronary angiography in Tianjin Hongqiao Hospital,and the clinical diagnosis results and coronary CTA results of all subjects were compared and analyzed.Results In this study,121 patients with suspected CHD were diagnosed by coronary angiography in 98 cases and coronary CTA was positive in 94 cases.The accuracy,specificity,sensitivity,misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of CTA in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease were 95.04%,95.65%,94.90%,4.35%and 5.10%,respectively.In this study,a total of 2,178 coronary segments were detected in 121 patients with suspected CHD.Compared with the results of coronary angiography,the coincidence rate of coronary CTA in detecting coronary artery stenosis or occlusion was 94.67%.The coincidence rates of non-stenosis,mild stenosis,moderate stenosis,severe stenosis and occlusion were 95.41%,90.60%,94.40%,93.51%and 100.00%,respectively.Conclusion Coronary CTA is reliable in the evaluation of coronary artery disease and the diagnosis of CHD,and can be used as an auxiliary means of clinical evaluation and diagnosis of coronary artery disease and CHD.
