Application Effect Analysis of Personalized Nursing Model in Postoperative Care of Ureteral Calculus Patients Undergoing Holmium Laser Lithotripsy

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of personalized nursing model in postoperative nursing of ureteral calculus patients undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods A total of 180 patients who underwent holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi in the 73rd Army Hospital of the PLA from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.Ninety patients from July 2023 to December 2023 will be selected as the control group and receive routine postoperative care,and other 90 patients from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected as the personalized group and received personalized nursing care after surgery.Compare and analyze the effects of two groups.Results The personalized group had significantly shorter postoperative first exhaust time,first ambulation time,and total hospitalization time compared to the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of personalized group patients at 12 and 24 hours after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the personalized group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,both groups showed significant improvement in anxiety,depression,and quality of life scores,and the personalized group had significantly better anxiety,depression,and quality of life scores than the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized nursing in the postoperative nursing of ureteral calculus patients with holmium laser lithotripsy can significantly improve the adverse mood of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,promote postoperative recovery,which is worthy of popularization.
