Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in patients undergoing coronary angiography. Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing coronary angiography in the 910th Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force from March 2023 to May 2024 were selected as research objects. All the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group using random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received traditional nursing, and the observation group received targeted nursing.Compare the respiratory rate, heart rate, negative emotions between two groups before and after nursing care,as well as the examination time, success rate of one examination, image quality, and nursing satisfaction between two groups. Results After nursing, the respiratory rate, heart rate,self-rating anxiety scale score, and self-rating depression scale score of both groups were significantly lower than before nursing, and the above indicators of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after nursing(all P<0.05).The examination time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the success rate of one examination, image quality, and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were all significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing care for patients undergoing coronary angiography can effectively shorten the examination time, improve the success rate of the examination, and improve negative emotions, image quality, and nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting and using.
