Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of central integration technology on mobility and emotional disorders of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods One hundred cases of stroke hemiplegia patients admitted to Shihezi People's Hospital from December 2022 to May 2024 were selected for the study, and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group of 50 cases each. The control group was given conventional rehabilitation measures, and the observation group was given central integration technology.Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA),modified barthel index(MBI),and early stroke depression screening scale(ESMPSD)were used to evaluate the patients before and after the intervention, and a 6-minute walk test(6MWT)were performed to assess the patients. Results The FMA scores of the observation group at 4 and 8 weeks of intervention were significantly higher than the scores of the control group at the same time(P<0.05).The MBI scores of the observation group at 2,4,and 8 weeks of intervention were significantly higher than the scores of the control group at the same time(P<0.05).The distance of the 6MWT of the observation group at 2,4,and 8 weeks of intervention was also significantly higher than the distance of the control group at the same time(P<0.05).The ESMPSD scores of the observation group at 4 and 8 weeks of intervention were significantly lower than the scores of the control group at the same period(P<0.05).Conclusion The central integration technique has a definite effect on promoting the recovery of mobility in stroke hemiplegic patients, and also effectively prevents the occurrence of emotional disorders.
