The Effect of Diversified Health Education on Blood Pressure Control and Self-management Ability in Hypertension Patients in Community

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of diversified health education in community patients with hypertension.Methods In this study,60 hypertensive patients before the implementation of diversified health education under the jurisdiction of Chentangzhuang Street Community Health Service Center,Hexi District,Tianjin,from April to October 2022 were selected as the routine group,and 60 hypertensive patients after the implementation of diversified health education under the jurisdiction of Chentangzhuang Street Community Health Service Center,Hexi District,Tianjin,from May to December 2023 were selected as the diversified group.The clinical effects of the two groups after intervention were compared and analyzed.Results After intervention,patients'knowledge of disease,self-management ability,treatment adherence,quality of life score and systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the diversified group were significantly better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the diversified group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education applied in community health management of hypertensive patients can enhance their disease cognitive ability and treatment compliance.
