Application Effect Analysis of Niaoduqing Granule Combined with Hemodialysis in Uremia Patients

Abstract：Objective To exploring the effect of Niaoduqing Granules combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia.Methods A total of 80 patients with uremia admitted to the Jizhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Tianjin from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were randomly divided into a hemodialysis group(40 patients treated with hemodialysis)and a traditional Chinese and Western medicine group(40 patients treated with hemodialysis combined with Niaoduqing granules)using a random number table method.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the levels of blood calcium,blood phosphorus,parathyroid hormone,C-reactive protein,as well as sleep quality,skin itching,negative emotions,and quality of life scores in both groups improved compared to before treatment.Moreover,the above indicators in the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group were significantly better than those in the hemodialysis group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Niaoduqing granules and hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia can further improve patients'negative emotions,sleep quality,skin itching,and quality of life,and blood calcium and phosphorus levels,and alleviate inflammatory reactions compared to using hemodialysis alone.It is worth promoting and using.
