Effect Analysis of Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus Triplex Viable Tablets Combined with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets in the Treatment of Subclinical Hypothyroidism during Pregnancy

Abstract：Objective To investigate the efficacy of bifidobacterium Lactobacillus triplex viable tablets combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy.Methods In this study,90 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy managed by Longhai District Bangshan Health Center of Zhangzhou from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into single group and combined group,45 cases in each group.The single group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets,and the combined group was treated with bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable tablets combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets.The maternal and infant outcomes,6-month-old infant and toddler development,as well as thyroid function and C-reactive protein levels were compared and analyzed before treatment and delivery between two groups.Results The levels of thyroid stimulating hormone in both groups before delivery were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The level of C-reactive protein in the combined group before delivery was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of thyroid stimulating hormone and C-reactive protein in the combined group before delivery were significantly lower than those in the single group(P<0.05).The incidence of preterm delivery in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the single group(P<0.05).The scores of the 6-month-old infant development scale,intellectual development index,and psychomotor development index in the combined group were significantly better than those in the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy,the use of Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus triplex viable tablets as an adjuvant therapy on the basis of levothyroxine sodium tablets can improve treatment efficacy,maternal and infant outcomes,and infant development.It is worth promoting and using.
