The Application Analysis of Intervention Model Guided by Snyder's Hope Theory in Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract:Objective To study the application value of intervention model guided by Snyder's hope theory in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from March 2022 to February 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and a research group by a random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group were given routine intervention,while the research group were given the intervention mode guided by Snyder's hope theory on the basis of routine intervention.The negative emotions,hope level,neurological function,and cognitive function between two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale,Hamilton depression scale,positive and negative symptom scale in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of Herth hope scale of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of national institute of health stroke scale of the research group was lower than that of the control group,while the score of the mini-mental state examination was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention model guided by Snyder's hope theory in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can effectively suppress bad emotions,improve the level of hope,promote the improvement of neurological and cognitive functions.
