The Application Value of Watson's Care Theory in the Rehabilitation of Patients with Common Cardiovascular Diseases Complicated with Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective To study the application value of Watson's caring theory in patients with common cardiovascular diseases complicated with chronic heart failure.Methods Ninety patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Wenshang County People's Hospital of Jining from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 45 patients in each group,by a random number table method.The control group received routine intervention,while the study group received intervention based on Watson's care theory additionally.The cardiac function,psychological resilience,and quality of life between two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the left ventricular ejection fraction and E/A value in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the left ventricular end diastolic and end systolic diameters were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological resilience in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Watson's care theory intervention model in patients with chronic heart failure can effectively improve cardiac function,enhance psychological resilience,and improve quality of life.
