The Application Effect of Nutritional Support Combined with Psychological Care in Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of nutritional support combined with psychological care in allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods Ninety patients who underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in Tianjin First Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received nutritional support combined with psychological care on the basis of the control group.The nutritional status,emotional scores and immune function of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the arm circumference,serum transfection,lutein,hemoglobin,and body mass index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the NRS2002 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scalein the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The immunoglobulin M,immunoglobulin A,and immunoglobulin G in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nutritional support combined with psychological care in patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can effectively improve their nutritional status,alleviate negative emotions,and enhance their immune system.
