The Adjuvant Therapeutic Effect of Fuqi Anti-Aging Formula on Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective To explore the adjuvant therapeutic effect of fuqi anti-aging formula on coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods One hundred and ten patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure who received treatment in Xiang'an District Xintiang Street Community Health Service Center of Xiamen from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group received treatment with fuqi anti-aging formula on the basis of the control group.The heart function,scores of Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire,Lee's heart failure,in-hospital mortality and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome between two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction,E/A ratio,and stroke volume in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the left ventricular wall thickness was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire,Lee's heart failure,and in-hospital mortality rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuqi anti-aging formula can significantly improve the cardiac function of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure,effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and accelerate the recovery process.
