The Effect of Refined Nursing Guided by Self-Efficacy Theory on the Psychological,Self-Management Behavior and Quality of Life of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of refined nursing under the guidance of self-efficacy theory on the psychology,self-management behavior,and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Ninety-two patients with cerebral infarction who received treatment at Tianjin First Central Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were included as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 46 patients in each group.The routine group received routine nursing care,while the research group received refined nursing care guided by self-efficacy theory.The psychological,self-management behavior,and quality of life improvement between two groups of patients were compared.Results After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The positive emotion score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative emotion score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The self-management behavior score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cerebral infarction,refined nursing guided by self-efficacy theory can significantly improve their psychological state,strengthen self-management behavior,and enhance their quality of life.
