Abstract:Objective To compare the effect of insulin degludec combined with Lilalutide and the traditional basic meal insulin regimen in the treatment of Type 2 diabetes. Methods From June 2022 to June 2024,70 patients with Type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the Community Health Service Center of Shuangkou Town of Beichen District in Tianjin were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with a common basic-meal insulin(glargine insulin+insulin glargine)regimen, while the observation group was treated with a combination of insulin degludec and liraglutide, and the improvement of body weight, blood glucose, and blood lipid indicators was compared between the two groups after 12 weeks of treatment. Results After treatment, the abdominal circumference, hip circumference, and body mass index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, while the fasting C-peptide and 2-hour postprandial C-peptide were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The triglycerides, total cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol-C of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol-C was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin degludec combined with lilalutide in the treatment of Type 2 diabetes can avoid weight gain caused by traditional insulin treatment, and could further control blood sugar, promote pancreatic secretion, alleviate insulin resistance and regulate lipid metabolism.
