Application Effect of Personalized Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Constipation after Chemotherapy for Hematological Diseases

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of personalized comprehensive nursing in patients with constipation after chemotherapy for hematological diseases.Methods A total of 124 patients with hematological diseases who experienced constipation after chemotherapy at Liaocheng People's Hospital from January to October 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Sixty-two patients who received traditional nursing care from January to May 2024 were selected as the control group,while 62 patients who received personalized comprehensive nursing care from June to October 2024 were selected as the observation group.Compare the mastery of disease-related knowledge,self-management ability,negative emotions,and quality of life between two groups before and after intervention.Moreover,the improvement of constipation and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared before the intervention ends.Results After intervention,the scores of mastery of disease-related knowledge,self-management ability,self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale,and quality of life in both groups improved compared to before intervention(all P<0.05).Moreover,after intervention,the scores of the above indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement rate of constipation and nursing satisfaction score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized comprehensive nursing for patients with constipation after chemotherapy for hematological diseases can improve their mastery of disease-related knowledge and self-management ability compared to traditional nursing,improve their adverse psychological and constipation conditions,and is worth promoting and using.
