Application Effect of Functional Exercise Combined with Humanistic Nursing on Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of functional exercise combined with humanistic nursing on patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods A total of 65 patients with AS admitted to Central Hospital of Dalian University of Technology from January 2023 to April 2024 were randomly divided into the observation group of 33 cases and the control group of 32 cases using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received functional exercise combined with humanistic nursing care on the basis of the control group nursing plan.After 3 months of nursing care,the nursing effects,self-effcacy,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of nursing,the nursing overall effectiveness rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the self-effcacy and quality of life scores of both groups were higher than before nursing,and the above indictors scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of functional exercise combined with humanistic nursing in patients with AS can improve nursing effectiveness,enhance patients'self-effcacy and quality of life,and is worth promoting and using.
