Exploration of the Application Effect of Hospital-family Combined Nursing Model in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of hospital-family combined nursing model in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 40 stroke patients with hemiplegia in the Chentangzhuang Street Community Health Service Center,Hexi District,Tianjin from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the control group,and all patients implemented routine discharge and home care guidance.Another 40 stroke patients with hemiplegia were collected from March 2021 to March 2024 as the observation group,and all patients implemented hospital-family combined nursing.Compare the nursing satisfaction,negative emotions,psychological resilience,and quality of life before and after intervention between two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of the self-rating anxiety and depression scale,psychological resilience score,and quality of life score in both groups improved compared to before intervention,and the above indicators scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores in all dimensions of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of hospital-family combined nursing in stroke patients with hemiplegia can improve patients'negative emotions,enhance their psychological resilience and quality of life,and has high nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting and using.
