Effect of Sports Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with Psychological Nursing in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of sports rehabilitation nursing combined with psychological nursing in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 45 patients with CHF who received traditional nursing care at the 910th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the control group,and 45 patients with CHF who received sports rehabilitation nursing combined with psychological nursing from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the combined group.Compare and analyze the nursing satisfaction and negative emotions,treatment compliance,exercise tolerance between two groups before and after nursing care.Results After nursing,the self-rating scores of anxiety and depression,treatment compliance score,and 6-minute walking distance in both groups improved compared to before nursing,and the above indicators in the combined group after nursing were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of sports rehabilitation nursing and psychological nursing for patients with CHF can further improve their negative emotions,enhance treatment compliance and exercise tolerance,and the patient has a high level of nursing satisfaction.It is worthy promoting and using.
