Effect Analysis of Individualized Nursing in Dialysis Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing in dialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 260 patients with diabetic nephropathy who received hemodialysis treatment in Xiang'an Hospital of Xiamen University from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.All patients were randomly divided into an observation group who received individualized nursing and a control group who received routine nursing using random number table method,with 130 cases in each group.Observe and compare the treatment compliance,renal function indicators,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups after 4 weeks of nursing care.Results After 4 weeks of nursing care,the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the renal function indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing can improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of dialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy,and improve renal function of patients,which is worth popularizing.
