The Application Value of Early Rehabilitation Program on Postoperative Recover of Patients Undergoing Aortic Dissection Surgery

Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of early rehabilitation program on postoperative recover of patients undergoing aortic dissection surgery.Methods One hundred and forty-two patients who underwent aortic dissection surgery in Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2023 to December 2023 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into a routine group and a study group,with 71 cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing,while the study group received early rehabilitation program nursing.The rehabilitation status,negative emotions,complications,and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results The study group had shorter offline time of ventilator,first time out of bed,intense care unit treatment time,drainage tube removal time,first exhaust time,and hospital stay than the routine group(P<0.05);The scores of self-rating depression scale of the study group was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The communication ability,professional level,service attitude,and nursing measures scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation programs can effectively promote postoperative recovery of patients undergoing aortic dissection surgery,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve patients'negative emotions,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
