Application Analysis of Comprehensive Intervention Mode of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B and Liver Cirrhosis with Abdominal Distension

Abstract：Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive intervention mode of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with chronic hepatitis B,liver cirrhosis and abdominal distension.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with chronic hepatitis B and cirrhosis with abdominal distension who received treatment at Xiamen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the study group received a comprehensive intervention model of traditional Chinese medicine based on the control group.The psychological status,symptom scores,quality of life,and satisfaction of two groups of patients were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale,Hamilton depression scale and the positive and negative affect scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of bloating,fatigue,poor appetite,and lower limb edema in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of World Health Organization quality of life brief questionnaire in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction level of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with chronic hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis with abdominal distension,comprehensive intervention model of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve negative psychological states,alleviate related symptoms,and improve quality of life and satisfaction.
