Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of targeted nursing based on infection risk assessment stratification in patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy. Methods Ninety-two patients with acute leukemia who underwent chemotherapy in First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing interventions, while the study group received targeted nursing interventions based on infection risk assessment stratification. The scores of short form 36 questionnaire(SF-36),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were compared. The incidence of infection between two groups during the intervention period was compared. Results After intervention, the scores of SF-36 in both groups increased, and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SDS and SAS of both groups decreased, and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of infection in the research group was 30.43%,which was lower than the 58.70%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy, targeted nursing based on infection risk assessment stratification can significantly reduce the incidence of infection, alleviate their anxiety and depression symptoms, further improve their quality of life.
