Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of systematic intervention in patients with acute leukemia undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT).Methods Eighty-two acute leukemia allo-HSCT patients admitted to Tianjin First Central Hospital from June 2023 to December 2023 were included in this study and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received systematic nursing intervention. The negative emotions, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared before and after the intervention.Evaluation tools included Hamilton anxiety scale,Hamilton depression scale, generic quality of life inventory, and our hospital's self-made satisfaction survey questionnaire. Results The scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the score of generic quality of life inventory-74 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 92.68%,which was higher than 73.17%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing for acute leukemia patients undergoing allo-HSCT could improve negative emotions, enhance the quality of life, and achieve good patient satisfaction.
