Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of staged continuous nursing in patients with arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis. Methods A total of 70 hemodialysis patients treated in Zibo 148th Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the results of coin toss, they were divided into 35 cases each in Group F and Group C.Group F implemented staged continuous nursing, and Group C implemented conventional nursing. The two groups were compared in terms of complications,self-care ability and quality of life before and after nursing. Results Compared with group C,the complication rate of group F was significantly lower(P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no statistical significance in self-care ability and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the scores of self-care ability and quality of life in two groups were increased significantly, and the scores in group F were significantly higher than those in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Staged continuous nursing can effectively improve patients'self-care ability and quality of life, and reduce the incidence of complications.
