The Application Value of Fine Nursing in Patients Undergoing Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Combined with Ureteroscopic Laser Lithotripsy and Double J Tube Implantation in Operation Room

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of fine nursing care in patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with ureteroscopic laser lithotripsy and double J tube implantation in operation room.Methods In this study,86 patients who underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with ureteral laser lithotripsy and double J tube placement for the treatment of urinary stones at the 910th Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the conventional group and the refinement group,43 cases in each group.The conventional group was cared for by the conventional operating room nursing mode,and the refinement group was cared for by the refined operating room nursing mode.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing,the heart rate(HR),saturation of peripheral oxygen(SpO2),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and other indicators in the refinement group were significantly better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in refinement group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The quality of care,patient care satisfaction and physician care satisfaction in the refinement group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing care in operation room can significantly improve the nursing quality and the satisfaction degree of patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with laser lithotripsy and double J tube implantation,and reduce the stress reaction during operation,which is worth promoting.
