Effect of Hedan Capsules on Liver Elasticity,Blood Lipids and Uric Acid in Patients with Metabolic Dysfunction-associated Fatty Liver Disease

Abstract：Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Hedan Capsules on patients with metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease.Methods A total of 89 patients with metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease admitted to the Dalian Public Health Clinical Center from May 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects.All patients were treated with Hedan Capsules for 8 weeks.The changes of liver elasticity,controlled attenuation parameters of hepatic steatosis,liver function,blood lipid and blood uric acid were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the liver elasticity,controlled attenuation parameters of hepatic steatosis,and blood alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),total cholesterol(TC),low-density cholesterol(LDL-C),triglycerides(TG),apolipoprotein A and uric acid were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Hedan Capsules in the treatment of metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease is significant and Hedan Capsules is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
