The Effect of Diet Guidance Combined with Fine Nursing on Patients with Gastric Peptic Ulcer

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of diet guidance combined with fine nursing care in patients with gastric peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 39 patients with gastric peptic ulcer who received routine nursing care in Quanzhou First Hospital from October 2019 to December 2023 were selected as the control group,at the same time,39 patients with gastric peptic ulcer who received diet guidance combined with fine nursing were selected as the combined group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The time of clinical symptom disappearance and hospitalization in the combined group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction degree of nursing in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),treatment compliance,short form 36-item health survey(SF-36),ALB and transferrin levels between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,SAS,SDS,treatment compliance,SF-36 score,ALB and transferrin levels were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05),and SAS,SDS,treatment compliance,SF-36 score,ALB and transferrin levels in the combined group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of diet guidance and fine nursing care in patients with gastric peptic ulcer can significantly improve the degree of cooperation in treatment,reduce negative emotions,and improve the nutritional level and quality of life of patients while shortening the course of disease,it is worth promoting.
