Clinical Study of Vonolasone Hydrochloride Combined with Amoxicillin in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease with Hp Infection

Abstract：Objective To study the clinical value of voronoxan hydrochloride combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with helicobacter pylori(HP)infection.Methods One hundred and twelve patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease and Hp infection who were treated in Fuding Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to May 2022 were included in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.Fifty-six patients in the control group were given conventional treatment(pantoprazole+amoxicillin+clarithromycin+bismuth potassium capsules),while 56 patients in the study group were given voronorason hydrochloride combined with amoxicillin.The symptom improvement,Hp eradication rate,and treatment compliance of two groups of patients were compared separately.Results The scores of the gastroesophageal reflux disease scale,reflux disease diagnosis questionnaire,and reflux symptom index scoring scale in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the Hp eradication rate between the two groups of intention to treat analysis,modified intention to treat analysis,and compliant treatment analysis(P>0.05).The relief time of chest pain,heartburn,acid reflux,hoarseness,and regurgitation in the research group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of furosemide hydrochloride and amoxicillin in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with Hp infection can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and improve treatment compliance,but its Hp eradication rate is relatively close to the traditional quadruple therapy.
