Clinical Application of Quality Control Circle in Patients with Cataract Day Surgery

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle in patients with cataract daytime surgery.Methods One hundred and twenty patients who received cataract surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected,and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group patients underwent preoperative dilation using conventional methods,while the observation group patients used quality control circles to improve the dilation method.The preoperative effective dilation rate and nursing efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The preoperative pupil dilation compliance rate,treatment compliance,health knowledge mastery,Herth Hope Scale score,and nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients were higher than those of the control group patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle activities can effectively improve the preoperative effective pupil dilation rate of cataract day surgery patients,and at the same time improve treatment compliance,health knowledge mastery,self hope,and nursing satisfaction.
