The Application of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Nursing based on SWOT in the Rehabilitation of Patients with Gallstones

Abstract:Objective To analyze the application of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing based on SWOT in the rehabilitation nursing of patients with cystic stones.Methods Ninety patients who underwent cholecystectomy for gallstones in our hospital from February 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a study group and a control group by simple random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the study group received multidisciplinary collaborative care based on SWOT on the basis of the control group.The mood state,coping strategies,recovery status,and incidence of complications between two groups after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of generalized anxiety disorder-7 and patient health questionnaire-9 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Jalowiec coping scale for resignation,avoidance,and appeasement of study group were lower than those of the control group.However,the scores for facing,emotional venting,seeking support,self-reliance,and optimism of study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The study group had shorter defecation time,bed activity time,and hospitalization time than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing cholecystectomy for gallstones,multidisciplinary collaborative nursing based on SWOT can further improve their mood and coping strategies,accelerate the recovery process,and reduce the incidence of complications.
