Application of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Support Intervention Model in Acquired Weakness Patients of Intensive Care Unit

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of multidisciplinary collaborative support nursing intervention in intensive care unit(ICU)patients with acquired weakness(AW)in intensive care units.Methods Seventy patients with ICU-AW treated in Weihai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 35 patients in each group.The Medical Research Council(MRC)scores of two intervention groups at 7 and 14 days were compared,and the rehabilitation effects,psychological stress,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were further compared.Results After 7 and 14 days of intervention,the MRC score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study group had shorter bed time,mechanical ventilation time,and ICU stay time than the control group(P<0.05).The psychological stress scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing work in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary collaborative support intervention model can further promote the recovery speed of ICU-AW patients,improve their psychological state,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
