The Application Effect of Cardiac Rehabilitation Nursing in Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Patients

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 96 patients with coronary heart disease after PCI admitted to Lushan Rehabilitation Center,Joint Logistic Support Force of PLA from June 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group with 48 cases in each group.The rehabilitation group received cardiac rehabilitation nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.Compare the nursing satisfaction,heart function,exercise endurance,and quality of life between two groups before and after nursing.Results The nursing satisfaction of the rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the heart function,exercise endurance,and quality of life in both groups improved compared to before nursing,and the above indicators in the rehabilitation group after nursing were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI can effectively improve their cardiac function,enhance exercise endurance,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion.
