The Effect of Green Model Health Education on Compliance Behavior of Patients with Chronic Gastric Ulcer Complicated with Hypertension

Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of Green model health education on the compliance behavior of patients with chronic gastric ulcers complicated with hypertension.Methods A total of 96 patients with chronic gastric ulcer complicated with hypertension admitted to Jinxiang County People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 48 patients in each group.The control group received routine health education,while the observation group received Green model health education.Compare the compliance behavior,disappearance time of gastric ulcer symptoms,quality of life after intervention,and blood pressure levels before and after intervention between two groups.Results The observation group had higher compliance with medical treatment,shorter disappearance time of various symptoms of gastric ulcers and ulcer healing time,and higher scores in various dimensions of quality of life than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the blood pressure levels of both groups decreased compared to before intervention,and the blood pressure level of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the Green model health education for patients with chronic gastric ulcers combined with hypertension can improve their compliance behavior,promote faster resolution of gastric ulcer symptoms,lower blood pressure levels,and improve their quality of life.
