Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Danhong injection combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of elderly coronary heart diseases and angina pectoris. Methods A total of 76 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to Lanling County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected. All the patients randomly divided into a combination group and a control group, with 38 cases in each group. The combination group was treated with Danhong injection combined with rosuvastatin, while the control group was treated with rosuvastatin.Compare the efficacy, adverse reactions, the incidence of angina pectoris and cardiac function before and after treatment between two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the combination group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, both groups showed improvement in angina attacks and cardiac function compared to before treatment, and the above indicators in combination group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection combined with rosuvastatin can further reduce the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease than single rosuvastatin use.It can improve the patient's heart function, enhance efficacy, and has good safety. It is worth promoting.
