Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of intraoperative insulation measures on the recovery, basic vital signs, and stress state of patients undergoing general anesthesia in urological surgery. Methods Eighty patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery in the urology department of Jinjiang Hospital Jinnan Branch from August 2021 to August 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing interventions, while the study group received intraoperative insulation nursing measures in addition to the control group. The postoperative recovery, basic vital signs, and stress status of two groups of patients were compared. Results After intervention, the recovery time, rewarming time, and extubation time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure of the research group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The adrenaline, norepinephrine, and C-reactive protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of intraoperative insulation measures for patients undergoing general anesthesia in urological surgery can accelerate postoperative recovery, maintain stable basic vital signs, and alleviate stress states.
