Application of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Nursing Intervention in Cardiovascular Disease Patients in Intensive Care Unit

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary collaborative support nursing interventions in intensive care unit(ICU)cardiovascular disease patients.Methods Seventy cardiovascular disease patients who received treatment in the ICU of Weihai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing interventions,while the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative support nursing interventions on the basis of the control group.The hospitalization indicators,quality of life indicators,and nursing satisfaction scores between two groups of patients were compared.Results The ICU hospitalization time and length of stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,while the sleep time was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of the quality of life scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction questionnaire scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing interventions supported by ICU cardiovascular disease patients can help promote their clinical recovery,improve their quality of life,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
