Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of continuous nursing combined with pain management on the psychological state, stress response, and pain of cesarean section mothers. Methods One hundred cesarean section women from January 2023 to June 2023 admitted to Fujian Maternal and Child Health Hospital were collected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 50 cases in each group,by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care in the operating room. The observation group received continuous nursing combined with pain management. And the psychological state, stress response, pain level, and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of parturients were compared. Results The self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1 hour after surgery(P<0.05).The heart rate, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 1 hour after surgery(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale scores of the observation group at 4 and 8 hours after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative nursing model of continuous nursing combined with pain management can reduce psychological stress reactions, ensure stable physiological stress reactions, reduce early pain levels, and improve nursing satisfaction in cesarean section women.
