Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of behavioral nursing combined with local hypothermia intervention on the prognosis of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods Eighty patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted to Egang Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were collected and randomly divided into a conventional group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The routine group received local routine nursing intervention combined with local hypothermia intervention, while the observation group received behavioral nursing combined with local hypothermia intervention. The behavioral ability, cognitive ability, and incidence of complications between two groups of patients were compared. Results After intervention, the National Institutes of Health stroke scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, while the self-rated abilities for health practices scale score,mini-mental state examination score,Loewenstein occupational therapy cognition assessment score, and Montreal cognitive assessment scale score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Behavioral nursing combined with local hypothermia intervention can significantly improve the behavioral and cognitive abilities of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage, and reduce the incidence of complications.
