The Impact of Targeted Nursing on Postoperative Dunctional Recovery,Self-Efficacy,and Quality of Life in Patients with Pelvic Fractures

Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of targeted nursing on postoperative functional recovery,self-efficacy,and quality of life in patients with pelvic fractures.Methods Sixty-eight patients with pelvic fractures who received treatment in Fuzhou Second General Hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group randomly,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the study group received targeted care on this basis.The self-efficacy,pelvic recovery,quality of life,and incidence of complications between two groups of patients were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of general self-efficacy scale,Majeed,Fugl-Meyer assessment and short-form health survey-36 in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing can significantly improve the self-efficacy,pelvic function recovery,and quality of life of patients with pelvic fractures after surgery,while also reducing the occurrence of complications in patients.
