Application of Mind Map-Based Adverse Event Warning Education in Nursing Safety Education of Patients with Myocardial Infarction

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect and value of mind map-based adverse event warning education in safety education of patients with myocardial infarction.Methods Eighty patients with myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to November 2022 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups by random number table method according to their admission numbers.Routine group 40 cases,routine nursing safety education intervention.In the intervention group,40 patients received mind map-based adverse event warning education in addition to routine safety education.The changes of patients'health cognition,safety management cognition,occurrence of adverse events and satisfaction of safety education quality were observed.Results After intervention,the health cognition score and total safety management cognition score of the intervention group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of related adverse reactions in the intervention group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The educational content,methods,attitude and satisfaction scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the conventional group Conclusion The active implementation of mind map-based adverse event warning education in the safety education of myocardial infarction patients can effectively help patients improve their awareness of health knowledge and safety management knowledge,significantly reduce the risk of adverse events,and help improve the overall effect of health education and obtain higher satisfaction.
