Application Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in Patients Undergoing Renal Calculus Surgery Based on ERAS Concept

Abstract：Objective To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing based on the concept of accelerated recovery after surgery enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in patients undergoing kidney stone surgery.Methods A total of 106 kidney stone patients admitted to 910th Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into 53 cases each in the control group and the ERAS group.The control group adopted conventional nursing care,and the ERAS group adopted evidence-based nursing care based on the concept of ERAS.Perioperative indicators,nursing satisfaction,pain scores(visual analogue score,VAS)at different time periods and pre/postoperative renal function indicators[cysteine protease inhibitor C(cystatin-C,Cys-C),creatinine(CREA)]were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the two groups showed no difference(P>0.05).The ambulation time and hospitalization time of the ERAS group were significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After surgery,VAS scores at different time periods in the ERAS group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before surgery,the Cys-C and CREA levels showed no significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).After surgery,Cys-C and CREA levels improved in both groups and the improvement in the ERAS group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the ERAS group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of nursing care for patients undergoing kidney stone surgery,the use of evidence-based nursing care based on the concept of ERAS can alleviate patients'pain,improve renal function,improve nursing satisfaction,and have a better nursing effect.
