The Application Value of Individualized Nursing in the Treatment of Children with Pneumonia by Atomization Inhalation

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of individualized nursing in the treatment of children with pneumonia by atomization inhalation.Methods A total of 192 children with pneumonia who were treated with atomization inhalation and 192 accompanying parents from January 2023 to December 2023 in Juye County Maternity and Child Care Hospital were selected and randomly divided into routine group and individualized group,96 children in each group(96 accompanying parents).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The treatment compliance of the individualized group was significantly better than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,lung rales and cough symptoms was significantly shorter than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The effect of atomization was significantly better than that of routine group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of the satisfaction of accompanying parents in the individualized group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized nursing in the treatment of children with pneumonia by atomization inhalation can significantly improve the degree of cooperation in the treatment of children with pneumonia,and improve the degree of satisfaction with nursing,which can be popularized in clinical practice.
