Analysis of the Effect of Health Education Intervention in Patients with Hypertension

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect and experience of implementing health education intervention in hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 400 hypertensive patients who were treated with medication in Yangxia Street Community Health Service Center in Fuqing City from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into 200 cases each in the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.The control group implemented routine care,and the observation group adopted health education intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the rate of blood pressure compliance was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the health promotion lifestyle scale Ⅱ score and the comprehensive quality of life assessment questionnaire score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Chinese version of the Perceived Stress Scale score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education intervention can reduce the blood pressure level of hypertensive patients,improve the blood pressure compliance rate,improve their health behavior and psychological stress,and improve their quality of life.
