Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of structured health education on patients with tibiofibular fractures undergoing minimally invasive percutaneous internal fixation surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients with tibiofibular fractures who underwent minimally invasive percutaneous internal fixation surgery at Guangze County Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups received the same routine nursing intervention measures. On this basis, the control group received routine health education, while the observation group received structured health education.Compare the level of health knowledge mastery, daily living ability, quality of life, and treatment compliance between two groups before and after intervention. Results After 3 months of intervention, the mastery of health knowledge, daily living ability, and quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before intervention, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with tibiofibular fractures treated with minimally invasive percutaneous internal fixation, structured health education can improve their understanding of the disease, daily living ability, quality of life, and treatment compliance. It is recommended to promote its use.
