Impact of Nursing Interventions Based on Social Ecosystem Theory on Improvement of Psychology and Behavior in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract:Objective To analyze the improvement effect of nursing interventions based on social ecosystem theory on the psychology and behavior in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Ninety-six patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Tianjin Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from February to October 2022 were selected.They were divided into a study group and a control group using a simple random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the study group received nursing interventions based on social ecosystem theory on the basis of the routine care.The improvement in coping styles,negative emotions,lifestyle,and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results There were significant differences in the scores of simple coping style questionnaire,Beck anxiety inventory,Beck depression inventory-Ⅱ,coronary heart disease self-management behavior scale,Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire,and European patients evaluate general/family practice between the two groups after intervention(all P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on the theory of social ecosystem can be applied to patients with chronic heart failure,which can further improve their psychological state and behavioral patterns,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
