Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effects of applying the programmed emergency care model to patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 280 AMI patients admitted to the emergency department of Shunchang County Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as study subjects, and were divided into 140 cases each in the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission. The control group carried out routine emergency care and the observation group applied programmed emergency care. The general observation indexes of emergency care, compare the general observation indicators, rescue results, and cardiac function indicators of emergency nursing between two groups. Results The triage time, electrocardiogram time, emergency rescue time, and emergency balloon dilation time of the observation group were all significantly shorter than those of the control group. The success rate of rescue in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. After nursing, the levels of N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT proBNP)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mortality rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of a programmatic emergency nursing model in AMI patients can further shorten their emergency rescue time, improve the success rate of rescue, and significantly improve heart function, which is worth promoting.
