Effect of Standardized Management of General Nursing on Blood Glucose Control in Diabetes Patients

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of standardized management of general nursing on blood glucose control in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 80 eligible diabetic patients admitted to the Central Health Center of Jiangkou Town,Jianyang District,from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases each by random number table method.The control group used conventional nursing intervention and the observation group used standardized management of general practice nursing intervention.The blood glucose level,medical compliance behavior and complication rate between the two groups were compared after intervention.Results After the intervention,the glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance,blood glucose self-monitoring,exercise,diet,and reasonable work and rest of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized management of diabetic patients using general nursing can improve the patients'blood glucose level,improve the patients'compliance behavior,and control the occurrence of patients'complications.
