Abstract:Objective To investigate the improvement of midwife-led companion integrated delivery on the intensity of labor pain, the self-control and the outcome of labor. Methods A total of 89 primiparas admitted to Jinjiang City Hospital(Fujian Hospital of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital)from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into a routine group(n=45)and an observation group(n=44)according to random number table method. The routine group received routine midwife-led care, while the observation group received midwife-led companion integrated delivery. The psychological state, labor pain intensity, labor self-control,labor outcome and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The postpartum scores of Hamilton depression rating scale and Hamilton anxiety rating scale of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the routine group, while the scores of Connor-Davidson resilience scale were significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The intensity of labor pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The internal control dimension, external control dimension, and total score of delivery self-control in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The observation group had a significantly shorter labor process time and a higher natural delivery rate than the routine group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Midwife-led companion integrated delivery can effectively improve the psychological state of primipara, reduce labor pain, enhance the self-control,and improve the satisfaction.
