The Application Effect of Optimizing Emergency Nursing Process in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction in Emergency Chest Pain Center

Abstract：Objective To explore the effectiveness of implementing optimized emergency nursing processes for patients with acute myocardial infarction in emergency chest pain centers.Methods A total of 105 patients with acute myocardial infarction who visited the Emergency Chest Pain Center of Liaocheng Ophthalmology Hospital(The Fifth People's Hospital of Liaocheng)from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the routine group and received routine nursing care.From January 2023 to December 2023,we selected 105 patients with acute myocardial infarction who visited the emergency chest pain center as the optimization group,and the emergency nursing process was optimized.The emergency treatment effectiveness and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results The evaluation time for triage,electrocardiogram examination time,venous access establishment time,troponin examination time,and total hospital stay in the optimization group were all significantly shorter than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing responsibility,communication skills,service attitude,nursing timeliness,emergency procedures,professional skills,and emergency response ability in the optimization group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion After optimizing the emergency nursing process,the Emergency Chest Pain Center has improved the treatment efficiency and nursing satisfaction of patients with acute myocardial infarction,which is worth promoting.
