The Effect of Midwife's Whole Course Doula Accompanying Nursing Combined with Mindfulness Decompression Therapy Intervention on the Psychological Status,Labor Process and Self-Efficacy of Parturients Undergoing Painless Delivery

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of midwife's whole course doula accompanying nursing combined with mindfulness decompression therapy intervention on the psychological status,labor process,and self-efficacy of parturients undergoing painless delivery.Methods According to the random number table method,82 cases of parturients undergoing painless delivery in Xianyou maternal and child health hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group recevied routine obstetric nursing,while and the observation group recevied midwife doula accompanying nursing combined with mindfulness decompression therapy.The psychological status,labor process,self-efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first,second,and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of the short form of the Chinese childbirth self-dfficacy inventory in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of midwife doula accompanying nursing combined with mindfulness decompression therapy in painless delivery can effectively relieve their psychological pressure,accelerate the progress of labor,and improve maternal self-efficacy.
